How do we determine what our concrete will look like after grinding? We conduct test grinding, with your approval, to see what is lower down in the existing slab.
Can you give us a price on our floor off plans before we build? We often supply quotes from plans for future or current building projects.
Are all of your finishes always so glossy? No. Often our clients ask for Satin or Semi-gloss finishes. In fact, as a part of our manufacturing history, we recognise the trends in these finishes and can advise you on such things, upon request. So you can see the effects clearly from photos, we have taken most shots prior to the final coats.
Do you do free quotes and do you carry samples with you? Yes, to both. Within reasonable distances, our on-site quotes are free and we have various samples and photos with us.
At what stage of our building project would you do the floor? We frequently protect concrete days after the concrete pour then complete the project prior to you moving in, so your floor is new.
How long does it take to complete these types of floors? Anywhere from 2 days to 5 days depending on the system used and the effects required. You will be informed prior to commencement on completion time.
How much smell is involved in these coatings? As a large user of solvent free coatings we can assure you your business can stay open while we coat and while coats cure as the smell from these resins is negligable, and not in any way comparable to a solvent based coating.
